在全美范围的州规划标准已采用了P管理策略,为更好评价地形特征和管理实践,许多州采用了改进的P指标。P指标是农业区域规划中反映区域地理特征、自然概况、社会经济及流域营养管理计划的执行标准。阿肯色大学农业部编制的P管理办法是美国公认的,专为具有完善科研基础的国家机构使用。2004年2月制定编写尤卡/斯帕维诺流域营养管理计划的P指标。实施后的垃圾施用率大约为通用施用率的1/3。尤卡/斯帕维诺P指标推荐垃圾施用率大约为60%,低于正使用的阿肯色草原P指标。本文提出了根据流域特性编写尤卡/斯帕维诺P指标的方法,为同类流域编写营养管理计划提供了有力的依据。
P-management strategies have been adopted across the nationwide state planning standards and many states have adopted improved P indicators in order to better evaluate topographical features and management practices. The P indicator is the implementation standard of agricultural regional planning that reflects the regional geographical features, natural conditions, socio-economic and watershed nutrition management plans. The P management practices developed by the Department of Agriculture of the University of Arkansas are recognized by the United States and are designed for use by national agencies that have a sound scientific foundation.
