建立了测定水性环氧树脂涂料中表氯醇的顶空-气相色谱-负化学离子源质谱法(HS-GC-MS/NCI).样品经水溶解后置于顶空进样仪中,在80℃下加热40 min,使目标物在气液两相间达到平衡,取顶空气体后用GC-MS/NCI在选择离子监测下测定,以保留时间及碎片离子相对丰度比定性,外标法定量.结果表明,表氯醇溶液在0.05—5.0μg·m L-1范围内,线性方程为y=4435.561x-158.723,相关系数为r=0.999;方法检出限为0.2 mg·kg-1;平均回收率为92.8%—95.9%;相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.7%—2.3%.本法前处理简便、灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强,可用于水性环氧树脂涂料中残留表氯醇的分析.
The headspace-gas chromatography-negative chemical ionization mass spectrometry (HS-GC-MS / NCI) was developed for the determination of epichlorohydrin in waterborne epoxy resin coatings.The samples were dissolved in water and placed in a headspace sampler Heated at 80 ℃ for 40 min, the target was balanced in gas-liquid two-phase, and after headspace gas was determined by GC-MS / NCI under selective ion monitoring, the retention time and relative abundance ratio of fragment ions were qualitatively determined.
