目的调查中国大陆31个省级结核病防治专职人员的情况。方法以问卷调查方式调查中国大陆31个省(市、自治区)省级结核病防治专业人员的情况。结果31个省(市、自治区)省级结核病防治所共有504名结核防治人员,9个省专职人员配备在20人及以上(29.0%),19个省专职人员配备为10~19人(61.3%),3个省专职人员配备少于10人(9.7%)。省级结核病防治专职人员数量与全省人口数的比例平均为1∶247万人。每人平均需承担2.4项职能。因首要工作接受培训人数303人(60.1%),结核病防治督导人员的受培率最高,为74.0%,病人发现与治疗管理人员受培率最低,为38.9%。实验室人员技能熟练掌握率最高,为89.0%;其次为结核病防治规划督导为84.9%;其中可熟练掌握技能者235人(占76.8%);未接受培训的201人中,技能不熟练者24人(11.9%)。结论各省人员数量不平衡,现有人员接受培训率低,不同岗位人员技能熟练程度不同。
Objective To investigate the situation of 31 full-time tuberculosis prevention and control professionals in mainland China. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the provincial TB control professionals in 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in mainland China. Results A total of 504 tuberculosis prevention and control personnel were found in provincial TB control centers in 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions), with 9 full-time staffs in 20 provinces and above (29.0%) and 10 to 19 full-time staffs in 19 provinces (61.3 %), Less than 10 people (9.7%) are employed in 3 provincial full time staff. The ratio of provincial-level TB control specialists to the province’s population averaged 1: 247 million. Each person needs an average of 2.4 functions. There were 303 (60.1%) trainees receiving primary training, and the highest rate of receiving TB supervisors was 74.0%. The lowest rate of patient discovery and treatment managers was 38.9%. The highest rate of proficiency in laboratory personnel was 89.0%, followed by 84.9% of supervised TB programs; 235 of them were proficient in skills (76.8%); among the 201 unskilled people, those with unskilled skill were 24 Person (11.9%). Conclusions The number of personnel in various provinces is not balanced. The current staff training rate is low, and the skill levels of staff in different posts are different.
