目的:了解盆底仿生物电刺激联合雌激素治疗子宫内膜生长不良的效果。方法:选择2014年3月~2015年12月期间在我院不孕专科门诊就诊的104例子宫内膜生长不良患者,将其分为雌激素对照组(61例)、雌激素+盆底仿生物电刺激治疗组(43例),观察两组卵泡成熟日的子宫内膜厚度,卵泡成熟时子宫内膜厚度≥8 mm为有效,≤7 mm为无效。结果:盆底仿生物电刺激联合雌激素治疗增长子宫内膜厚度效果优于单纯雌激素治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:盆底仿生物电刺激联合雌激素治疗可有效治疗子宫内膜生长发育不良,改善内膜厚度。
Objective: To understand the effect of pelvic floor bioelectrical stimulation combined with estrogen on endometrial dysplasia. Methods: A total of 104 patients with endometrial dysplasia who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into estrogen control group (61 cases), estrogen + pelvic floor imitation The bioelectrical stimulation treatment group (n = 43) observed the thickness of endometrium on follicle maturity day, the thickness of endometrium ≥8 mm when follicle matured, ≤7 mm was invalid. Results: The effect of pelvic floor bioelectrical stimulation combined with estrogen therapy on endometrial thickness was better than that of estrogen alone group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The pelvic floor bioelectrical stimulation combined with estrogen therapy can effectively treat endometrial dysplasia and improve the thickness of the intima.
