目的观察槲皮素抗实验性心律失常的作用,并探讨其可能机制。方法应用乌头碱,氯化钙制备大鼠心律失常模型,哇巴因制备豚鼠心律失常模型,观察槲皮素不同剂量对上述模型的保护作用。结果槲皮素(0.2mg/kg,0.4mg/kg)能提高乌头碱致大鼠和哇巴因致豚鼠发生室性早搏(VE)、室性心动过速(VT)、室颤(VF)的用量;延长氯化钙诱发大鼠心律失常出现的时间,缩短心律失常持续时间,减少心律失常发生率及死亡率。结论槲皮素具有抗多种实验性心律失常的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of quercetin on experimental arrhythmia and explore its possible mechanism. Methods The rat arrhythmia model was prepared with aconitine and calcium chloride. The guinea pig arrhythmia model was prepared with ouabain. The protective effects of different doses of quercetin on the above models were observed. RESULTS: Quercetin (0.2 mg/kg, 0.4 mg/kg) improved ventricular contractions (VE), ventricular tachycardia (VT), and ventricular fibrillation (VF) in aconitine-induced guinea pigs and rats. ) The amount of use; prolong the appearance of arrhythmia induced by calcium chloride, shorten the duration of arrhythmia, reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and mortality. Conclusion Quercetin has a variety of experimental arrhythmia effects.
