目的探讨人性化护理在手术室护理中的作用,以便更好的服务于患者。方法对我院2015年1月至2016年1月择期手术患者加强术前访视、术中关怀、术后随访,调查患者对手术配合程度、心理压力以及患者满意率等。结果患者接受访视度调查,问卷回收率100%,手术前后注意事项掌握率提高,患者对手术过程中的紧张恐惧心理明显减少,满意度由85%上升到99%。结论人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用是手术室与病房优服的接轨,能够保证患者在手术治疗全过程中护理无死角,人性化护理是手术室护理工作的重要组成部分,术前、术中、术后访视中巡回护士运用技巧沟通能够缓解患者紧张恐惧心理,使患者了解手术前的注意事项以及相关配合知识,人性化护理增加了患者的满意度,促进优质护理服务更上一个台阶。
Objective To explore the role of humanized nursing in operating room nursing in order to better serve the patients. Methods To strengthen the preoperative visit, intraoperative care, postoperative follow-up, investigation of the degree of cooperation with patients, psychological stress and patient satisfaction of elective surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016. Results The patients were surveyed by questionnaire. The questionnaire recovery rate was 100%. The mastery rate of precautions before and after surgery was improved. The nervous fear of patients during operation was significantly reduced, and the satisfaction increased from 85% to 99%. Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in operating room nursing is the connection between operating room and ward excellent service, which can ensure that patients have no dead spots in the whole process of surgical treatment.
