目的探讨孕妇血浆中胎儿游离RNA与先兆子痫的关系。方法采用病例-对照研究法,应用实时荧光定量PCR检测h PL、β-h CG、CHR含量,采用两样本均数t检验分析母血中胎儿游离h PL、β-h CG、CHRm RNA的含量与先兆子痫的关系。结果三种游离m RNA含量在病例组与对照组中存在明显性差异。结论母血中游离β-h CG、CRH及h PL的m RNA含量可作为诊断先兆子痫的生物标志物。
Objective To investigate the relationship between fetal fetal plasma RNA and preeclampsia in pregnant women. Methods The case-control study method was used to detect hPL, β-h CG and CHR contents by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The contents of free hPL, β-h CG and CHRm RNA in maternal blood were analyzed by two-sample mean t test Relationship with preeclampsia. Results There was a significant difference in the content of three free m RNA between the case group and the control group. Conclusion The m RNA content of free β-h CG, CRH and h PL in maternal blood can be used as a biomarker for the diagnosis of preeclampsia.
