本文在制冷压缩机性能测试装置中设计实现了一套全自动测控模型,实现最优的分档匹配,并在测试过程中进行设备的自动切换调节,实现全自动无人值守测试,能够对整个测试过程的设备使用情况予以记录,实现测试过程的可追溯性。开发分布式远程测控软件,实时获取设备运行数据,确保测试人员可以在网络上任意一台电脑或者手机上预设全自动测试任务、查看测试结果、调整测试计划,大幅提升测试效率,降低测试员的劳动强度。
