采用普通聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、阻燃聚醚多元醇、多异氰酸酯、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、交联剂、环保发泡剂、活化胶粉和耐水解阻燃剂等,通过一步法制备改性环保浇注型硬泡聚氨酯材料(CPUF),研究活化胶粉、催化剂和环保发泡剂对CPUF性能的影响。结果表明,以100份多元醇为基准,其它组分不变,当活化丙烯酸酯胶粉的添加量为4份,催化剂A-33的添加量为0.5份,Am-1添加量为0.2份,环保发泡剂的添加量为30份时,制备的CPUF的物理性能、施工性能最佳,且外观较好。
