经过初步计算、反分析计算和反馈计算对二河新泄洪闸施工期混凝土的温度和应力变化进行了数值仿真分析,并应用于指导施工,最终在水闸施工过程中没有出现肉眼可见裂缝。实践证明,只要施工方法合理,事先进行充分研究工作,完全可以实现不出现肉眼可见裂缝的防裂目标。
Through the preliminary calculation, back analysis and feedback calculation, the numerical simulation of the temperature and stress of the concrete during the construction of Erhe new sluice gate was carried out and applied to guide the construction. Finally, no visible cracks appeared during the sluice construction. Practice has proved that as long as the construction method is reasonable, sufficient research work in advance, can completely achieve the visible cracks crack prevention and cracking goals.
