关于人工方法在动物眼上激起高眼压实验性青光眼,近年来报告很多。有前房注入甲基纤维素,白陶土,棉花、毛液体硅胶,糜蛋白酶等。也有应用石碳酸或硝酸银,酚结膜下注射使角膜球结膜形成斑痕,以阻塞眼循环经路造成高眼压,近来有行环扎术使眼压人工升高等方法。国内唯有河北医学院采用前房灌注加压法人为动物青光眼模型外无其他报导。著者利用糜蛋白酶对家兔进行前房注入,使人工眼压升高,定期观察眼压,并做病理检查报告如下。材料及方法选用1.5—2.0公斤雄性灰色健康家兔10只,分别经消毒点眼后在乙醚麻醉下对左眼进
