目的:研究血管内皮细胞生长因子、转化生长因子β1和p53蛋白在晚期血吸虫病患者肝脏组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结法检测95例晚期血吸虫病、20例原发性肝细胞癌、10例正常肝组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子、转化生长因子β1和p53的表达情况,并与临床病理指标比较分析。结果:95例晚期血吸虫病肝组织中转化生长因子β1、血管内皮细胞生长因子、p53蛋白阳性表达分别为74.74%、64.21%、8.42%,转化生长因子β1、血管内皮细胞生长因子阳性表达的强度与肝炎分级、肝纤维化分期或合并乙肝病毒感染呈正相关(P均<0.05),转化生长因子β1与血管内皮细胞生长因子阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.01);p53在晚期血吸虫病中的阳性表达明显低于原发性肝细胞癌(P<0.01);正常肝组织中未观察到转化生长因子β1、血管内皮细胞生长因子和p53蛋白表达。结论:血管内皮细胞生长因子、转化生长因子β1与肝纤维化的发生、发展密切相关,二者可作为晚期血吸虫病患者肝纤维化的诊断和疗效评估指标;血管内皮细胞生长因子在晚期血吸虫病中高表达,提示抗血管生成可能为肝纤维化和门静脉高压症防治提供新的思路,p53蛋白在晚期血吸虫病中有低表达,对探讨血吸虫感染与原发性肝细胞癌的关系有一定意义。
Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor, transforming growth factor β1 and p53 in liver tissues of patients with advanced schistosomiasis. Methods: Ninety-five patients with advanced schistosomiasis, 20 primary hepatocellular carcinoma and 10 normal liver tissue were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidinperoxidaseperoxidase Factors β1 and p53 expression, and compared with clinical and pathological indicators. Results: The positive expressions of TGF-β1, VEGF and p53 in 95 cases of advanced schistosomiasis were 74.74%, 64.21% and 8.42%, respectively.
