患者因右侧鼻腔渐进性阻塞感伴头痛19a、加重3d而入院。患者发病后曾在多家医院诊治,均按鼻腔炎症处理,经抗炎及鼻腔应用血管收缩剂等治疗,头痛症状略有好转,但右侧鼻腔阻塞无改善,且逐年加重。体查:心、肺、肝脾无异常。右侧鼻腔见脓性分泌物多,伴臭味,未发现鼻腔肿物及鼻息肉 Patients due to the right nasal progressive obstruction with headache 19a, increased 3d and admission.
