在管道吸附作用非稳态气体分析研究的基础上,提出管道末端分子流气体以单位时间碰壁数进入质谱室,由真空系统抽除的物理机理,建立了第三类边界条件的气体在管道取样分压力分布的输运方程和质谱室抽气方程,得到了质谱室分压力任意时间的分析解,研究了管道内压力、质谱室压力、稳定压力、稳定时间和分析时间、真空泵对质谱室的抽速、气体分子质量、管道长度的关系。以一些惰性气体和特定的航天器推进剂工质气体为算例,分析了取样管道对质谱分压力测量的影响。
