实验研究证明，鸡胆汁５０ｍｇ／ｋｇｉｖ，除能极显著地降低大鼠正常血压外，还能极显著地降低大鼠由麻黄碱引起的高血压；鸡胆汁以１０００×１０－６浓度灌注于离体蛙心，可明显地抑制离体蛙心的收缩力，收缩频率和输出量；家兔ｉｖ鸡胆汁５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，其心电图未见显著变化。
