针对铁路部门在春运期间大量开行临时列车的情况,分析非乘务单位担当临客列车客运服务质量易发生的问题,提出贯彻落实乘务工作会议精神,提高临客列车设备、设施的整修质量,加强临客列车开行准备和出库前整备的盯控与把关,加大临客列车的动态检查监督、旅客集中乘降区域的协调力度,加强临客车底空送的后勤保障工作,提高节日期间临客列车服务水平等对策。
Aiming at the situation that the railway department opened a large number of temporary trains during the Spring Festival, the non-cabin crew was apt to take on the service quality of the passenger train.
