深部半煤岩回采巷道变形破坏机理及支护对策研究

针对深部半煤岩回采巷道围岩结构的非连续性及变形破坏的非协调性,以某矿92105工作面半煤岩回采巷道的具体工程地质为背景,采用Abaqus建立了半煤岩巷道数值计算模型,研究了不同煤岩界面位置、不同煤岩界面倾角等主控因素下巷道的围岩应力与变形破坏规律,揭示了深部半煤岩巷道围岩变形破坏失稳机理。结果表明:巷道开挖后在煤层位置处的巷道帮部变形破坏较大;随着煤层倾角的增加,巷道主应力差值集中区逐渐向帮部转移,致使巷道的整体变形减小,仅在煤层位置处出现局部较大变形。针对深部半煤岩巷道围岩非对称变形破坏特征,提出了关键部位非对称耦合支护对策,计算结果表明该支护对策可有效地控制半煤岩巷道围岩变形破坏的非协调性,保证了巷道的长期稳定。 Aiming at the discontinuity of surrounding rock structure and the non-coordination of deformation and failure of the surrounding rock in deep semi-coal mining roadway, based on the specific engineering geology of semi-coal mining roadway of 92105 working face of a certain mine, Abaqus was used to establish the numerical calculation of semi- Model, the law of surrounding rock stress and deformation of the roadway under the control of different coal-rock interface positions and different coal-rock interface dip angles is studied, and the deformation and failure instability mechanism of surrounding rock in deep semi-coal rock roadway is revealed. The results show that the deformation and damage of the tunnel gangway at the coal seam position after the excavation of the roadway is large. With the increase of the dip of the coal seam, the main stress difference in the tunnel gradually shifts to the gangue section, resulting in the overall deformation of the tunnel decreasing. Large local deformation appears at the coal seam. Aiming at the asymmetric deformation and failure of surrounding rock in deep semi-coal rock roadway, the countermeasures of unsymmetrical coupling support for the key part are proposed. The calculation results show that the support measures can effectively control the non-coherence of surrounding rock deformation and failure of semi-coal rock roadway, Long-term stability of the roadway.
