目的:了解11年中初中毕业班学生心理苦恼问题差异。方法:于1998年用同一心理苦恼问卷调查初三学生492人,并与1987年调查结果比较分析。结果:心理苦恼问题报告率1998年较1987年下降了2.41个百分点,苦恼问题诉述人均减少1.48项次,学习方面的苦恼显著低于11年前,但与学习相关的苦恼问题报告率仍较高。结论:学校应尽快全面实施素质教育,对中小学生提供心理健康的一级预防和心理卫生服务。
Objectives: To understand the differences in psychological distress among graduates of junior high schools in the middle of the 11 years. Methods: In 1998, the same psychological distress questionnaire was used to investigate 492 junior high school students, and compared with the 1987 survey results. Results: The rate of reporting psychological distress issues was 2.41 percentage points lower in 1998 than in 1987, and the per capita complaints were reduced 1.48 times. The learning distress was significantly lower than 11 years ago, but learning-related distress issues were reported. The rate is still high. Conclusion: Schools should fully implement quality education as soon as possible to provide primary and secondary mental health primary and secondary school students with mental health services.
