为了在新型热机中得到坚固可靠的连接,橡树岭国家试验室用Au-25%Ni-25%Pd(重量)做钎焊焊料,在700℃和800℃条件下,对气相涂复Ti的SN220 Si_3N_4进行了真空钎焊试验。结果表明,这种材料组合,温度达700℃时仍可保持高的接合强度。
In order to obtain a solid and reliable connection in the new heat engine, Oak Ridge National Laboratory uses Au-25% Ni-25% Pd (by weight) as the brazing filler metal for the SN220 Si_3N_4 vacuum brazing test. The results show that this material combination, the temperature up to 700 ℃ can still maintain high bonding strength.
