采用1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)柱前衍生高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分析油茶多糖的单糖组成以及单糖摩尔比,确定油茶多糖单糖组成的分析条件。结果显示,油茶多糖由甘露糖、鼠李糖、葡萄糖醛酸、半乳糖醛酸、葡萄糖、半乳糖和阿拉伯糖7种单糖组成,摩尔比为:1.00:2.89:1.13:1.76:51.85:8.14:4.57,且其分子量大于一万。该法简单、准确、重现性好,可用于分析油茶多糖的单糖组成及摩尔比。
The monosaccharide composition and monosaccharide molar ratio of Camellia oleifera polysaccharides were analyzed by PMP column pre-column derivatization with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Analysis of conditions. The results showed that Camellia oleifera polysaccharides consisted of seven kinds of monosaccharides of mannose, rhamnose, glucuronic acid, galacturonic acid, glucose, galactose and arabinose with the molar ratio of 1.00: 2.89: 1.13: 1.76: 51.85: 8.14 : 4.57, and its molecular weight is more than ten thousand. The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used to analyze the monosaccharide composition and molar ratio of Camellia oleifera polysaccharides.
