据房地产信息中心资料显示,天河区2004年上半年二手住宅成交48.05万平方米,是二手成交量最多的区域,占广州十区二手总成交的19.23%。可见,天河区二手市场是相当活跃的。在二手成交中,房改房是不可或缺的一部分。但由于天河区作为一个近十年发展起来的区域,其房改房数量远远小于老城区,所以在二手成交当中,房改房所占的比例也低于老城区。中原地产成交数据显示天河区房改房成交量约占天河区二手成交的30%。
