本文报告低剂量硝酸钚、硝酸锶和氯化铈对大鼠复合作用实验研究。观察了大鼠体重、死亡率、平均存活时间、外周血细胞、X光拍片及病理组织等指标。结果表明:1.在钚、锶、铈复合作用下,存在诱发骨肉瘤的协同作用;2.钚、锶、铈复合作用与单一核素相比,诱发骨肉瘤的潜伏期短,骨肉瘤发生率明显增加,死亡率也增加;3.大鼠骨肉瘤的好发部位为胫骨和股骨,胫骨的近端和股骨的远端是高发区;4.复合作用组白细胞总数下降比单一核素组明显;5.单一核素氯化铈可诱发骨肉瘤,同时也可以诱发大鼠白血病,骨肉瘤发病率高于白血病。
This article reports the experimental study on the combined effects of low-dose lanthanum nitrate, lanthanum nitrate and lanthanum chloride on rats. The body weight, mortality, mean survival time, peripheral blood cells, X-ray films, and histopathology were observed. The results showed that: 1. With the combined effects of lanthanum, cesium and lanthanum, synergistic effects of osteosarcoma were induced; 2. The combined effect of lanthanum, guanylhydrazone, and lanthanum was similar to that of single nuclides, and the incubation period of induced osteosarcoma was short and the incidence of osteosarcoma was low. Significantly increased, the mortality rate also increased; 3. The predilection site of rat osteosarcoma is the sacrum and femur; the proximal end of the sacrum and the distal femur are high-incidence areas; 4. The total leukocyte count in the combined effect group is significantly lower than that in the single nuclides group. 5. A single cesium chloride can induce osteosarcoma, but also can induce rat leukemia. The incidence of osteosarcoma is higher than that of leukemia.
