经济水平的提升使市场经济影响了众多行业和企业发展,其中也不乏原本应处于社会公益机构的医疗机构。现在,面对市场经济的作用,医疗机构内部存在着诸多的问题,这些问题严重影响了医患之间的关系,并且也对医生职业道德与职业操守构成了一定的威胁。因此,本文就云南地区医患关系与医德现状进行医疗调查与数据整理,借此了解当前医患关系现状及医生职业道德操守现状,就医德缺失与医患关系间恶化成因进行分析,并借此提出疏导意见,希望为改善云南地区医患关系,提升云南地区医生职业素养提供良好的意见与建议。
The improvement of economic level has made the market economy affect the development of many industries and enterprises. There are also many medical institutions that should have been in social welfare organizations. Now, in the face of the role of market economy, there are many problems within the medical institutions. These problems have seriously affected the relationship between doctors and patients, and also pose a certain threat to doctors’ professional ethics and professional conduct. Therefore, this paper conducts a medical investigation and data collection on the current situation of doctor-patient relationship and medical ethics in Yunnan Province. By this way, we can know the current status of doctor-patient relationship and the status quo of doctors’ professional ethics, analyze the causes of the lack of medical ethics and the deterioration of doctor-patient relationship, Proposed to ease the opinion, hoping to improve the doctor-patient relationship in Yunnan Province, Yunnan Province, to enhance the professionalism of doctors to provide good advice and suggestions.
