芯焊丝的焊接工艺性是保障焊丝质量的一个重要因素,虽然当前科技非常发达的,但还没有科学实用的方法对药芯焊丝的焊接艺性进行综合评价。但依靠经验是很难对焊接工艺性进行准确的判断,特别是在长输管道中。药芯焊丝的焊接工艺性在熔滴过渡形态中起着决定性的作用。在焊接过程最好是细熔滴过渡,它是最理想也是人们最想获得的过渡形态。在电流一定的条件下,不同的药芯焊丝形成细熔滴过渡形态所对应的焊接电压不相同,它反映的事不同焊丝形成细颗过渡的趋势大小。短路概率越小,可认定某种焊丝细熔滴过渡倾向越大,进而焊接工艺性也就越好。此项焊接技术具有生产成本低、生产效率高、焊接合格率较高的特点,因此目前长输管道施工中具有较好的实用价值。

Under certain current conditions, different flux cored wires form different flux voltages corresponding to the fine droplet transitional morphology, which reflects the tendency of different fluxes to form fine transitions. Shorter the probability of short circuit, you can determine the transition tendency of a certain kind of wire melting drop bigger, and thus the welding process of the better. The welding technology has the advantages of low production cost, high production efficiency and high welding qualified rate, so the present long-distance pipeline construction has good practical value.
