劳动教育作为落实高校立德树人根本任务的重要抓手,对于促进大学生人生出彩、提升高职院校劳动教育水平、促进职业教育应用型高质量人才培养、营造全社会崇尚劳动的良好氛围有重要意义。本研究借助文献研究界定了劳动教育与立德树人的内涵,借助问卷法和深度访谈法发现高职院校学生在劳动品质、劳动价值观和劳动实施现状上存在相应的问题,而学生劳动认知情感行为偏差、高校教师教研队伍建设有待充实、职业院校劳动教育体系有待完善、社会劳动保障机制有待健全是高校劳动教育问题出现的重要原因。因此,应从重视思想教育,提升学生劳动行为的自觉性;
