今年上半年,上海第二产业实现增加值1452.92亿元,同比增长17.1％,对全市经济增长的贡献率高达74.4％。其中,工业增加值1324.47亿元,增长18.5％,增幅同比提高7.2个百分点。这是上海第二产业十多年来罕见的高速增长。剔除那些表层偶然的因素,我们可以发现上海产业发展的一个新动向:第二产业正在超越第三产业,居于发展的主导地位。这究竟是短期的暂时现象,还是上海产业发展本质的一种表征?在上海“世博大讨论”接近尾声的时候,发展的客观现实向我们提出了这样一个严肃而又重大的问题。本期发表的一组关于制造业发展的文章支撑的是后一种观点。
In the first half of this year, Shanghai’s secondary industry realized an added value of 145.292 billion yuan, an increase of 17.1% over the same period of previous year, contributing 74.4% of the city’s economic growth. Among them, the industrial added value of 132.447 billion yuan, an increase of 18.5%, an increase of 7.2 percentage points year on year increase. This is a rare high-speed growth in Shanghai’s secondary industry over the past decade. Excluding those accidental factors, we can find a new trend in Shanghai’s industrial development: the secondary industry is surpassing the tertiary industry and is in the leading position in development. Is this a temporary short-term phenomenon or a sign of the nature of Shanghai’s industrial development? The objective reality of development approached us with such a serious and significant issue at a time when the Shanghai World Expo debated was coming to an end. This issue of a series of articles on the development of manufacturing industry is supported by the latter point of view.
