三维适形放疗 ( 3DCRT)能够提高治疗比 ,使非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)局部控制率的提高成为可能。在三维适形放疗中靶区的确定是重要的一步。目前临床医师在CT图像上逐层勾画肿瘤体积 (GTV) ,根据对肿瘤生物学的了解及临床经验在GTV外周加一定边界以包括亚临床浸润病灶构成临床靶体积 (CTV) ,并根据肿瘤部位及患者具体情况 ,综合考虑呼吸动度、摆位误差等不确定因素在CTV外加 0 .5cm~ 2cm的边界构成计划靶体积 (PTV)。CTV、PTV的范围尚无统一标准。现综述靶区确定方面的研究动态
