用PCR技术,对2008-2012年来自于兽医门诊病例的3 336份样品,以及2010-2013年采集屠宰场的930份组织样品进行了PCV-2核酸检测.结果表明,PCV-2感染在辽宁临床发病猪群中普遍存在,感染率呈逐年上升趋势.测定了11株PCV-2毒株进行全基因序列,同源性分析表明,11株分离毒株之间的同源性为94.5％～99.4％,与国内参考毒株间的同源性为94.5％-99.7％,与国外参考毒株间的同源性为94.3％～99.3％;结果还显示,PCV2b仍然为我省猪群PCV-2的主要流行基因型.
