烟雾病(Moyamoya)又称脑底动脉环闭塞症或脑底异常血管网症。1955年首由清水和竹内描述,1966年由铃木命名,最初认为是日本所特有的一种疾病,后来其他国家以及我国也先后有报道。本病已日益受到临床重视,现将有关资料综述如下。病因本病迄今病因未明,有下列因素之说。先天因素学说认为本病由某些先天性因素引起或者是畸形,其理由为:①脑血管造影所见为两侧对称性病变;②10岁以内小儿多发,且无明确病因可寻;③烟雾状血管网类似身长11~12毫米时的胎儿脑血管形成阶段;④有的病例合并脑动脉瘤或脑血管
Moyamoya, also known as cerebral artery occlusion or cerebral vascular abnormalities. First described by Shimizu and Takenouchi in 1955 and named after Suzuki in 1966, it was originally thought to be a disease unique to Japan. Later, other countries and China also reported it.
