我们教师在上课时,尤其是公开课,都希望一帆风顺,学生能按照自己预设的方案思考问题,回答问题抓住重点,能和老师的思路一致,教学效果事半功倍。可课堂教学中往往会出现无法预料的意外,这就需要我们老师直面意外,灵活调整教学,让意外升华,让节外生枝变成锦上添花,使课堂呈现出别样的精彩。作为一名在一线工作的数学教师,我想谈谈自己在实践中的思考与体会。
We teachers in class, especially open class, hope smooth, students can according to their own programs to think about the problem, answering the questions to seize the key, the same ideas and teachers, teaching more efficiently. Classroom teaching can often occur unexpected accidents, which requires our teachers to face the accident, flexible adjustment of teaching, so that accidental sublimation, so that extra-students become icing on the cake, so that the classroom presents a different kind of wonderful. As a math teacher working in the field, I would like to talk about my own thinking and understanding in practice.
