概述了日本JFE公司开发的低温韧性优良的X80电阻焊(HFW)管线钢管的性能和特点。为了提高天然气和石油的输送效率,厚壁高强度的管线钢管逐渐被应用于高压管线的敷设。为进一步提高X80管线钢管用热轧卷板性能,研究了热轧卷板的组织、化学成分对强度和韧性的影响。在此研究基础上,JFE公司采用TMCP轧制工艺开发了具有细化析出物、没有珠光体或马氏体组织的超低碳贝氏体铁素体钢。采用所开发的钢制成的HFW管线钢管因其母材和焊缝具有良好的匹配性能,特别适用于低温环境。
The performance and characteristics of X80 resistance welding (HFW) pipeline steel with excellent low temperature toughness developed by Japanese company JFE are summarized. In order to improve the transmission efficiency of natural gas and oil, thick-walled high-strength pipeline steel pipe is gradually being applied to the laying of high-pressure pipelines. In order to further improve the performance of hot rolled coil for X80 pipeline steel, the effects of the microstructure and chemical composition of the hot rolled coil on strength and toughness were studied. Based on this research, JFE developed the ultra-low carbon bainitic ferritic steel with refined precipitates, no pearlite or martensite using the TMCP rolling process. The HFW pipe made from the steel developed has a good match for base metal and weld and is especially suitable for low temperature applications.
