杏林区霞阳村是厦门特区远近闻名的文明村,这个有着３１００多人口、７０多名党员的小村庄,在近年几次换届选举中,所有７名村干部连续当选。霞阳村村民多年不想换村官,在当地传为美谈。在目前我国一些地方基层干群矛盾较为尖锐的今天,霞阳村干群关系却十分和谐,其中原因何在？
Xiaoyang Village, Xinglin District, is a civilized village known and well-known to the Xiamen Special Economic Zone. This small village with more than 3100 inhabitants and over 70 Party members has been continuously elected by all seven village cadres during several general elections in recent years. Xia Yang Village villagers for many years do not want to change village officials, the United States for the local pass. At present, some grassroots cadres and contradictions in some parts of our country are sharpened today. The relationship between the cadres and the masses in Xiayang Village is very harmonious. What is the reason?
