目的尝试应用可乐定治疗部分非痫性发作性疾病,了解其疗效和不良反应。方法按预先拟定纳入标准。收集1994年12月~2004年12月在神经专科门诊和病房就诊的非痫性发作性疾病患儿,包括抽动障碍、屏气发作、偏头痛、小儿交叉擦腿等,按0.003mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)的剂量给予可乐定口服或皮肤贴片治疗。随访其疗效和不良反应。结果120例患儿中抽动障碍62例,偏头痛20例,交叉擦腿动作22例,屏气发作10例,睡眠障碍4例,过度惊吓2例。治疗后总有效率80.8%,23.3%的患儿完全中止发作。其不良反应主要为嗜睡倦怠(8.3%)、口干便秘(5.8%)、眩晕(4.2%)和局部皮疹(3.7%),未见心血管系统严重不良反应。结论可乐定对部分非痫性发作疾病安全有效,可以尝试使用。
Objective To try to use clonidine to treat some non-epileptic seizures and to understand their curative effect and adverse reactions. Method according to the pre-proposed inclusion criteria. Collecting children with non-epileptic seizures from December 1994 to December 2004 in neurological outpatient department and ward, including tic disorder, breath-hold attack, migraine, pediatric cross-clenching, etc., according to 0.003mg · kg ~ (-1) · d ~ (-1) dose of clonidine oral or dermal patch treatment. Follow-up of its efficacy and adverse reactions. Results Among the 120 children, 62 were tic disorder, 20 were migraine, 22 were cross-wiping legs, 10 were breathlessness, 4 were sleep disorders and 2 were excessive scared. After treatment, the total effective rate of 80.8%, 23.3% of children with complete halt. The main adverse reactions were drowsiness (8.3%), dry mouth constipation (5.8%), dizziness (4.2%) and regional rashes (3.7%). No serious adverse cardiovascular events were found. Conclusion Clonidine is safe and effective for some non-epileptic seizures and can be used for trial.
