电子俘获检测器(ECD)的色谱峰是组分俘获电子及正负离子复合使基流I_b下降而出现的负信号,其峰高h是不可能大于基流的。但是在进行仪器修理和分析实验中我曾发现过如图中所示的峰高大于基流的ECD色谱峰。为此,本文对产生的原因进行了探讨。结果表明,峰高并没有大于真正基流,而是通常所测的基流小于真正基流。
The peak of the electron capture detector (ECD) is the negative signal that the component-trapping electrons and the positive and negative ions recombine to decrease the base flow I_b. The peak height h can not be greater than the base flow. However, during the instrument repair and analysis experiments, I have found that the ECD chromatogram peak height is larger than the base flow as shown in the figure. For this reason, this article has carried on the discussion to the reason which produces. The results show that the peak height is not greater than the real base flow, but the measured base flow is usually smaller than the real base flow.
