知识冲突普遍存在于知识型团队中。在分析冲突、知识冲突、图书馆咨询团队知识冲突及其类型的基础上,搭建了图书馆咨询团队知识冲突理论模型。该模型以组织学习作为中介变量,详细地诠释了知识冲突与咨询团队服务创新绩效关系间的内在影响机制和途径。图书馆咨询团队知识冲突是一项系统工程,可以从以科学发展观看待咨询团队整体知识冲突、以知识分享与交流化解咨询馆员间知识冲突、以开放的知识冲突管理规范降低咨询团队与咨询馆员间知识冲突等方面着手,建立图书馆咨询团队知识冲突的管理机制。
Knowledge conflicts are common in knowledge-based teams. Based on the analysis of conflict, knowledge conflict, knowledge conflict of library consultation team and their types, a theory model of knowledge conflict of library consultation team was established. The model uses organizational learning as a mediator to explain in detail the internal mechanisms and ways of the relationship between knowledge conflict and the service innovation performance of the consulting team.
