目的 应用新型声学造影剂观察肝癌的血流灌注情况。方法 经静脉注射新型声学造影剂FX5 3 0后 ,应用二维灰阶图像、彩色多普勒血流成像、彩色多普勒能量图和三维超声成像技术观察兔VX2肝癌的血流灌注情况。结果 造影后增强了肝脏组织的灰阶图像和组织内小血管的彩色多普勒血流信号 ,提高了肿瘤的可视性 ,并增加了对肿瘤的检出。结论 静脉注射新型声学造影剂是观察肝癌血流灌注的有效方法。
Objective To observe the blood perfusion of liver cancer using a new type of contrast agent. Methods After intravenous injection of a new type of ultrasound contrast agent FX530, two-dimensional gray-scale images, color Doppler flow imaging, color Doppler energy imaging and three-dimensional ultrasound imaging techniques were used to observe the perfusion of rabbit VX2 liver cancer. Results After angiography, the gray-scale images of liver tissue and color Doppler flow signals of small blood vessels in tissues were enhanced, the visibility of tumors was improved, and the detection of tumors was increased. Conclusion Intravenous injection of a new type of contrast agent is an effective way to observe the perfusion of liver cancer.
