对提升用34×7+FC型钢丝绳进行了疲劳寿命分析方法的研究,以动力学仿真软件为平台,模拟钢丝绳提升过程拉-扭载荷与接触结合的载荷历程,采用雨流计数法分析出钢丝绳所受载荷的均值、幅值及循环次数等疲劳参数,最后根据应力寿命法和Miner疲劳损伤累积法则建立钢丝绳疲劳寿命预估的计算模型。通过计算分析,研究得出钢丝绳疲劳损伤程度与提升次数的变化规律,以及钢丝绳疲劳寿命与轮绳直径比的特征关系,为钢丝绳疲劳寿命分析做出一些有用的探索与研究。
The fatigue life analysis of 34 × 7 + FC steel wire ropes was studied in this paper. The dynamic simulation software was used as a platform to simulate the load history of pull-torsional load and contact in wire rope hoisting process. The load, the average load, the amplitude and the number of cycles and other fatigue parameters. Finally, according to the stress life method and Miner fatigue damage accumulation law, the fatigue life prediction model of the wire rope is established. Through the calculation and analysis, the change rule of the fatigue damage degree and the promotion times of the wire rope is obtained, and the characteristic relation between the fatigue life of the wire rope and the diameter ratio of the rope wheel is obtained, which makes some useful exploration and research for the fatigue life analysis of the steel wire rope.
