目的了解新装修居室空气污染状况,探讨室内空气中苯系物的测定影响因素,为保证测定结果准确性提供质量保证。方法采用活性炭管吸附空气中苯系物,经二硫化碳解吸后通过气相色谱检测苯系物浓度,并分析测定的主要影响因素。结果用溶剂解吸型活性炭采样管(湿度<90%),5d内检测,选用色谱纯的二硫化碳作解吸液解吸30min,仪器连续使用在10h内,均不会影响检测结果准确性。结论活性炭吸附气相色谱法测定空气中苯系物,样品放置时间、二硫化碳纯度、活性炭的吸附效率、二硫化碳解吸时间、活性炭粒度、环境因素、仪器使用时间均会影响测定结果,实际检测中应注意控制,以保证测定结果的准确性。
Objective To understand the condition of air pollution in newly renovated rooms, to explore the influencing factors of determination of benzene series in indoor air, and to provide quality assurance in order to ensure the accuracy of measurement results. Methods Activated carbon tubes were used to adsorb benzene compounds in the air. After carbon disulfide desorption, the concentrations of benzene compounds were determined by gas chromatography. The main influential factors were determined. Results The sample was desorbed by solvent desorption activated carbon (humidity <90%) within 5 days, and chromatographically pure carbon disulfide was used as desorption solution for 30 minutes. The continuous use of the instrument within 10 hours would not affect the accuracy of test results. Conclusion Activated carbon adsorption GC determination of benzene in the air, sample storage time, carbon disulfide purity, adsorption efficiency of activated carbon, carbon disulfide desorption time, activated carbon particle size, environmental factors, the use of equipment will affect the measurement results in the actual test should pay attention to control , In order to guarantee the accuracy of the determination result.
