目的:研究紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法(UBIO)和抗栓酶治疗缺血性脑血管病疗效机制。方法:应用 UBIO 和抗栓酶治疗缺血性脑血管病30例,治疗前后观察患者临床表现及血液流变学、血脂、脑血流图变化。结果:治疗后症状、体征明显好转,血液流变学、血脂各项指标明显下降(P<0.05~0.01),脑血流图指标改善(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:UBIO 并抗栓酶疗法具有降低血粘度、血脂,提高血氧饱和度和氧分压,增加脑血流量,改善微循环的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the therapeutic mechanism of UBIO and antithrombin in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: Thirty patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were treated with UBIO and antithrombin. The clinical manifestations, blood rheology, blood lipid and cerebral blood flow were observed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the symptoms and signs improved markedly, the indices of hemorheology and blood lipid decreased obviously (P <0.05-0.01), and the indexes of cerebral blood flow diagram improved (P <0.05-0.01). Conclusion: UBIO and antithrombotic therapy have the effects of lowering blood viscosity, blood lipid, increasing oxygen saturation and oxygen partial pressure, increasing cerebral blood flow and improving microcirculation.
