本文建立H_2O_2红细胞氧化溶血及肝匀浆振荡引发脂质过氧化模型以进一步考察青竹梅的抗氧化活性。实验发现,H_2O_2对红细胞有直接溶血的作用,随H_2O_2浓度增加,溶血度递增,相关极显著(P<0.01),本文选用2mMH_2O_2浓度建立溶血模型。青竹梅浆对氧化溶血有拮抗作用,当加入10—100μl 50%果浆(相当果肉量5.0—50.0μg)到2mMH_2O_2溶血系统时见溶血度递降,下降率从20.7%—55.8%。又见青竹梅浆具有明显的抗肝匀浆脂质过氧化作用,且随浆量增加,抑制率加大,该抑制效果与公认的抗氧化剂——五味子比约强6—7倍。
In this study, the lipid peroxidation model induced by H2O2 red blood cell oxidative hemolysis and liver homogenate oscillation was established to further investigate the antioxidative activity of Phyllostachys edulis. The experiment found that H 2 O 2 had a direct hemolysis effect on red blood cells. With the increase of H 2 O 2 concentration, the degree of hemolysis increased and the correlation was extremely significant (P<0.01). In this study, the hemolysis model was established using 2mMH 2 O 2 concentration. Phyllostachys pubescens has an antagonistic effect on oxidative hemolysis. When adding 10 to 100 μl of 50% pulp (equivalent to 5.0–50.0 μg of fruit pulp) to the 2mMH_2O_2 hemolytic system, the hemolytic degree decreases, and the rate of decline is from 20.7% to 55.8%. See also that the bamboo pulp has obvious anti-lipid peroxidation effect on liver homogenate, and the inhibitory rate increases with the increase of the slurry amount, and the inhibitory effect is about 6-7 times stronger than that of the known antioxidant, schisandra.
