采用油中干燥法,以EudragitRS100和EudragitRL100为囊材制备水溶性药物甘氨酸茶碱钠微囊。实验结果表明,所得微囊能延缓药物的释放,且以EudragitRS100为囊材制得的微囊缓释性能较优。囊材和囊心物比例为4:1时的微囊缓释效果优于比例为2:1时。含药微囊的体外溶出皆符合Higuchi方程。
Using oil drying method, EudragitRS100 and EudragitRL100 as the capsule material to prepare water-soluble drug glycine theophylline sodium microcapsules. The experimental results show that the microcapsules can delay the release of drugs, and the microcapsules prepared with EudragitRS100 as the capsule have better sustained-release properties. The results showed that the microcapsules with capsule material and capsule core ratio of 4: 1 had a better sustained release rate than the 2: 1 ratio. In vitro dissolution of drug-containing microcapsules are in line with the Higuchi equation.
