体育教学过程中,准备活动能够提高学生身体活动效果,降低和避免运动损伤的产生。本文在分析准备活动胜利机制和特点的基础上,就提升准备活动有效性的策略进行了研究,以期为高校体育教学效果的提升,提供理论参考。
In the process of physical education, preparing for activities can improve students’ physical activity and reduce and avoid the occurrence of sports injuries. Based on the analysis of the triumph mechanism and characteristics of preparatory activities, this paper studies the strategies to improve the effectiveness of preparatory activities in order to provide theoretical reference for the improvement of college PE teaching.
