本文阐述了我县在10多年计划免疫管理实践中,始终坚持把计划免疫工作各个环节纳入规范化管理轨道,坚持五项管理原则,采取五种管理办法,发挥行政部门和业务机构的五大功能后,巩固和加强了我县的三级卫生防疫网,充实和提高了乡村医生队伍的整体素质,使我县四苗接种率维持在90%以上,年均保偿入保率为82.28%,相应传染病发病率控制在历史最低水平,保偿制管理的实施和有价商品疫苗的推广使用,解决了乡村医生部分报酬,增强了乡村医生队伍,促进了卫生事业的发展,并对今后的计划免疫管理工作提出了一些见解
