一、前言众所周知,对于用在重要部位的金属管材,如用于飞机、潜艇、锅炉、核电站、卫星等方面的金属管材都应事先进行无损探伤。在进行这类探伤时(无论是超声波探伤、还是涡流探伤,或其他探伤),都先要建立一个标准的人工缺陷,对管材中的自然缺陷在仪器上进行相对的比较,从而判断被检管材是否合格,也可用这个标准的人工缺陷来检验探伤仪的可靠性、重复性及灵敏度等。这种标准的人工缺陷平常称为标准伤。
