本刊2003年第七期上半月报道：2002年年底，江西万载千年食品有限公司为宣传其绿色食品——“千年”牌系列南酸枣糕，别出心裁地邀请了某名模，在其背部作了一副广告宣传画，并拍照刊发在南昌某报纸上。此举在社会上引起了轩然大波。在该公司进一步宣传时，被南昌市工商局以“不符合社会良好风尚”而“叫停”。该公司不服，一纸诉状将南昌市工商局诉至法院。
