开发建设活动造成的人为水土流失现象日益突出,生态环境面临着巨大压力,加强开发建设项目水土流失的监测工作,已成为水土保持基础性工作的一个重要方面。而开发建设项目水土保持监测是近几年在我国逐渐新兴开展起来的项目,尤其是开展电力建设项目水土保持监测工作尚无成熟的经验和方法。本文以广东河源电厂2×600Mw新建工程为例,对其监测范围分区、监测时段、监测内容和方法及其监测点布设进行了分析探讨,定量评价了其水土流失措施实施情况和水土流失防治效果,以期为探索我国南方山地丘陵区开发建设项目点式工程的水土保持监测体系提供实践借鉴。
The man-made soil erosion caused by the development and construction activities has become increasingly prominent. The ecological environment is under tremendous pressure. Strengthening the monitoring of soil and water loss in development and construction projects has become an important aspect of the basic work of soil and water conservation. Soil and water conservation monitoring of development and construction projects is a project that is gradually emerging in our country in recent years. In particular, there is no mature experience and methods in carrying out soil and water conservation monitoring of power construction projects. Taking the 2 × 600MW new construction project of Heyuan Power Plant in Guangdong Province as an example, this paper analyzes and discusses the monitoring area, monitoring period, contents and methods of monitoring as well as the layout of monitoring points, and quantitatively evaluates the implementation of soil and water loss measures and the control effect of soil and water loss , With a view to providing practical reference for exploring the soil and water conservation monitoring system of point project for the development and construction of mountainous hilly areas in southern China.
