随着地市公司“三集五大”体系建设的推进,国网后勤保障工作进入了改革期,后勤管理新形势、新要求与过去那种资源分散、管理分散、封闭式自我保障的发展方式之间的矛盾日益凸显,同时,依法治企对后勤规范管理也提出了更高要求。笔者分析了目前国网地市公司后勤管理的现状,通过国网福州公司的探索与实践情况,探讨分析了适应“三集五大”新要求的地市公司系统后勤一体化管理模式,以期进一步提升地市公司后勤管理水平、保障能力以及服务品质,进一步适应“三集五大”对地市公司系统后勤管理模式的新要求。
