为确认72A盘条索氏体体积分数测量时在截面上观察到的非索氏体组织,采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对72A盘条横截面金相试样相同区域进行不同放大倍数的组织形貌观察,并计算了在特定物镜数值孔径和照明光线波长下金相显微镜的分辨率,据此推导出72A盘条横截面上检测出的索氏体体积分数与珠光体片间距的关系。分析结果表明:所谓“珠光体”组织是不同取向的索氏体组织在截面金相样表面的一种浸蚀形貌。进一步分析发现:所谓“索氏体体积分数”是索氏体片间距的一种表征方式,两者存在对应关系。
In order to confirm the sorbite structure observed in the section of sorbite volume fraction of 72A wire rod, optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the microstructure of the same area of the metallographic sample of the cross section of 72A wire rod in different magnifications The resolution of the metallographic microscope was calculated under the numerical aperture of specific objective lens and illumination light wavelength. The relationship between the volume fraction of sorbite detected on the cross section of 72A wire rod and the pearlite plate spacing was deduced. The analysis results show that the so-called “pearlite” structure is an eroding morphology of sorbentite with different orientations on the cross-section gold-like surface. Further analysis found that the so-called “sorbite volume fraction ” is a characterization of sorbite sheet spacing, there is a correspondence between the two.
