目的 研究树舌多糖抗小鼠HepA瘤细胞的可能机制。方法 采用免疫组化方法研究树舌多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16、Rb基因及TNF -α表达影响。结果 树舌多糖作用后 ,小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16基因表达显著增强 (P <0 0 1) ,Rb基因表达增强 (P<0 0 5 ) ;小鼠HepA瘤细胞TNF -α表达显著增强 (P<0 0 1)。结论 树舌多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16、Rb基因及TNF -α表达有激活作用。对抑癌基因P16、Rb基因及TNF -α表达的激活可能是树舌多糖抗肿瘤的普遍机制之一。
Objective To study the possible mechanism of GAC on mouse HepA tumor cells. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to study the effects of PGA on the expression of P16, Rb gene and TNF-α in mouse HepA tumor cells. Results The expression of P16 gene in mouse HepA tumor cells was significantly increased (P < 0.01), and the expression of Rb gene was increased (P <0 05). The expression of TNF-α in mouse HepA tumor cells was significantly increased after PGA. <0 0 1). Conclusion GAC can activate the expression of P16, Rb and TNF-α in mouse HepA tumor cells. The activation of the tumor suppressor gene P16, Rb gene and TNF-α expression may be one of the common mechanisms of the anti-tumor activity of GAC.
