目的评价SMART IV心脑血管疾病检测仪测定血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的精密度、准确度。方法用SMART IV同一通道、不同通道分别连续测定5份正常血清和5份病理血清的Hcy,评价其精密度;分别用SMART IV、AU680全自动生化仪测定20份正常血清和20份病理血清的Hcy,分析结果相关性,评价其准确性。结果 SMART V同一通道测定血清Hcy变异系数(CV)为1.23%~3.11%,不同通道CV为1.52%~3.26%;与AU680全自动生化仪结果比较,回归方程为:Y=1.1030X-0.4060,相关系数r=0.9995(P<0.01),显现良好的相关性。结论 SMART IV测定血清Hcy精密度和准确度符合要求,可应用于心脑血管疾病的临床诊断。
Objective To evaluate the precision and accuracy of serum homocysteine (Hcy) assay by SMART IV cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease detector. Methods Hcy of 5 normal serums and 5 pathological serums were measured continuously on the same channel and different channels of SMART IV respectively to evaluate the precision. Twenty normal serum and 20 pathological serum were detected by SMART IV and AU680 automatic biochemical analyzer respectively. Hcy, analysis of the relevance of the results, evaluate its accuracy. Results The coefficient of variation (CV) of Hcy in the same channel of SMART V was 1.23% -3.11% and the CV of different channels was 1.52% -3.26%. The regression equation was: Y = 1.1030X-0.4060 with AU680 automatic biochemical analyzer, Correlation coefficient r = 0.9995 (P <0.01), showing a good correlation. Conclusion The accuracy and accuracy of serum Hcy measured by SMART IV meets the requirements and can be applied to the clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
